Hague Apostille recognized since 2023
Licensed notary backing
QCC-verified Chinese company data
AI-accelerated bilingual reports

The risk is real

Every year, overseas buyers lose tens of thousands of dollars to fake companies and phantom factories. A quick verification costs less than one bad shipment.

$40,000
Lost by a Uruguay buyer to a fake Jiangsu company (no ICP filing, no business license on record)
$10,000
Lost by an Australian startup via an Alibaba "supplier" with falsified shareholding
₹716,000
Lost by an Indian trader to an Instagram import agent that vanished
$200,000
Goods recovered by police in Dongying from a fake UK GSK impersonator (2025)

What we do

Three ways to verify a Chinese supplier — from a fast remote check to a notarized, court-admissible report.

Remote

Standard Check

Business registration, shareholder structure, lawsuits, tax and qualification risks — pulled from verified Chinese databases (QCC) and delivered as a bilingual risk report within 48 hours.

On-site

Factory Audit

We visit the factory in person: legal structure, capacity, workforce, workflow, and product verification. Photographic and interview-based evidence, plus negotiation support on request.

Premium

Notarized Verification

For high-value or long-term deals: the findings are sealed by a licensed notary (preservation-of-evidence / on-site supervision), with blockchain timestamping and Apostille for cross-border use.

Why notarization matters

Overseas buyers often ask: "Why should I trust a report from a Chinese company?" Our answer is a notary's seal.

Evidence value

Notarized documents carry evidentiary and, where applicable, enforceable effect under Chinese law.

Cross-border recognition

China joined the Hague Apostille Convention in 2023. An Apostille makes the notarial certificate directly admissible in member countries.

Tamper-proof

On-site photos, videos and data are hashed and recorded on a notary-operated blockchain — immutable and time-stamped.

How it works

A transparent four-step process. No middlemen, no canned templates.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions overseas buyers ask us most.

How fast can you verify a supplier?
A remote Standard Check is typically delivered within 24–48 hours. An on-site Factory Audit depends on the factory's location, usually 3–7 days including travel and reporting.
Is the report accepted by my bank or lawyer?
Our standard report is data-driven and clearly sourced. For deals that require legal weight, the Notarized Verification tier adds a licensed notary's seal and, where needed, an Apostille under the 2023 Hague Convention — directly admissible in member countries.
What data do you use, and is it legal?
We rely on publicly registered Chinese business data (e.g. QCC) plus our own on-site findings. All data sources are cited in the report, in line with Chinese regulations on corporate information disclosure.
Do you only verify factories, or also trading companies?
Both. Many overseas buyers actually deal with trading companies rather than factories. We trace the real operating entity behind any counterparty, including shareholder穿透 and related-party structures.
How is my inquiry kept confidential?
We treat every engagement as strictly confidential. Your identity and the target are never disclosed to third parties, including the verified supplier, without your explicit consent.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on scope. A remote Standard Check starts from a fixed fee; on-site audits and notarized reports are quoted per engagement. Request a quote via the form below and we will respond within one business day.
